Ehab is the Founder of ARC Capital and a seasoned independent advisor with over 24 years of global financial advisory and M&A experience. Formerly an Associate Director within PwC’s Transaction Services practice, he partners directly with boards, founders, and executive leadership teams to navigate high-stakes transactions where outcomes matter more than process.
Global Execution & Complex Deal Structuring With a career spanning four continents—including extensive on-the-ground execution across North America, Europe, and the Middle East—Ehab possesses deep cross-border expertise. He specializes in driving complex transactions from origination through successful close, particularly in environments where structural, commercial, and cultural nuances demand bespoke solutions rather than conventional advisory playbooks.
